Refund policy

 

All one of a kind products are final sale. No refunds, sorry! However, If you would like to exchange your item within 30 days. You can ship your order back and once it arrives safely, we will send out your replacement.

My order was broken in shipping: I do have an MFA (and impressive track record) in packing fragile ceramics, but all postal carriers are trained in the fine art of package destruction. In order to avoid sadness and upset, I automatically insure all fragile items in shipping. The cost of insuring the packages are added to your shipping charges. If your item broke in shipping, I'm happy to replace it. Please just send me a photo of the piece in it's box as soon as you open it and discover it's broken ( I need the picture to claim the insurance from the carrier). If you opted not to insure your package to save money on shipping, your order is not eligible for refund or replacement if damaged in shipping.
