RUSH ORDERS: If you need something by a certain date, please get in touch when you place your order.

SHIPPING TIME: Everything is handmade by me, that's right, one person. Everything is also packed and shipped by me. You can be sure that I'll do my very best to get everything out the door as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US: The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees imposed by international shipping regulations. Unless you contact me directly, I will insure your order with the shipper and insurance costs are to be covered by the buyer. If you request to have your package uninsured and breakages occur in the mail, you will not receive a refund or replacement.
